Earlier this year, GC GlobalNet launched a new breed of B2B e-commerce sites. Curated by Kevin L. Jackson, SourceConnecte (with an “eâ€) went live with three strategic goals in mind:
- Efficiently leverage modern social media technologies to facilitate value-based interactions between enterprise buyers and vetted suppliers;
- Establish a protected interactive environment capable of supporting high-value B2B e-commerce negotiations and transactions; and
- Exploit Industry 4.0 technologies to build and operate strategic high-value supply chains between diverse suppliers and global enterprises.
The first mission goal will be accomplished by providing world-class B2B sales and business marketing services to all SourceConnecte merchants. This service will be managed by Mr. Jackson himself. As a globally recognized cloud computing expert, thought leader and Industry Influencer, he is also a globally recognized voice when it comes to digital transformation. He has also been recognized as a Top 10 5G Influencer (5Gradar 2020), a Top B2B Thoughtleader for 2020 (Thinkers 360, 2020) and a Refinitive Top 100 Influencer in Financial Services (Refinitive, 2019). Additional services will be provided by Mr. Dez Blanchfield. A strategic leader in business & digital transformation, his “Conversations with Dez” podcast is syndicated to over 1 Billion listeners through over forty podcast outlets.
The second mission goal leverages the Inxeption platform as the blockchain protected e-commerce environment. This solution uses token-based authentication when connecting diverse merchants and uses stateful communication for B2B buyer transactions. All tokens are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering.
The third goal will be accomplished through a strategic relationship with the Diverse Manufacturing Supply Chain Alliance (DMSCA). This Washington, D.C. area based nonprofit organization was formed to provide direct development support to select mature and maturing manufacturing suppliers. According to David Burton, DMSCA Founder and President,â€Supplier members participate in the DMSCA development program to achieve operational excellence, sustained engagement and business development, and continuous improvement. Corporate members provide guidance that aligns the DMSCA development program with designated industry group best practices. SourceConnecte helps both sides.†Daniel Stanton (aka “Mr. Supply Chain”) recognized the value that DMSCA delivers by highlighting it’s,“…uniquely collaborative approach to the challenge of supplier development.”
The SourceConnecte Marketplace will be featured at the The Manufacturing Supplier Development Conference, Feb 26-28, in Scottsdale, AZ. This conference is one of the many DMSCA events designed to support the development of strategic relationships between corporate buyers and qualified suppliers. To celebrate it’s launch, SourceConnecte plans to offer special membership deals to any prospective buyer or supplier that attends.
